31st October Jedburgh 10K, Near perfect racing conditions came in third overall with a PB of 28min 24 sec, over 3 min faster than last year.
30th October went to Scotstoun for wheelchair workshop with Ian and Tanni Thompson, Learnt a lot of technical stuff.
17th October Aviemore 10K, had a great race with Jason Gill and was first over the line in 24min 28sec, Many thanks to Jason for taking the long trek north and hopefully there will be more racers next year,
21st August, International Tartan games Gateshead, my first run out with the Scottish squad, Racing against a very strong headwind (+3.4m) was 2nd in the 100m, 200M & 400M, 1st in the 800M, got really good PBs in 400M and 800M and although did not manage PBs in the 100 & 200 M the times were very close.
14th/15th August, Ross came up to Aviemore to do some training and check out the Aviemore 10K course. Ross ran it in less than 20 mins with top recorded speed of 72kph before his speedo went blank!, I did it in 24 min with a top speed of 55kph.
7th August, Wishaw games, 5 races in less than 3 Hours, managed a PB in the 1500M which was the first race but should really have missed out one or 2 races that afternoon as they were to close together, managed one 1st and four 2nd places but the other times were not as fast as I hoped and expected.

Sat 24th July, Many thanks to Gerry McGee and Macdonald Hotels for use of the Gym facilities in the Aviemore Resort. This will be a great help towards my future development.
Signed up for Great Scottish run Glasgow 5th September 10K, might do 1/2 marathon as well, depending on how the 10K goes.
Sunday 18th , Sunderland 10K, was 4th out of a Field of 6 very experienced racers and even led the race for the first 2K after starting from the second row, he had to slow down to avoid crashing into the lead cycle at the start. This time there was no rain but still windy and although the eventual winner Simon Lawson was 4 minutes ahead of the field Bryan was again within touching Distance of Ross Low 2nd and Jason Gill in 3rd place.
Sat 17th Pitreavie, was 2nd in all of my races, which was to be expected, there were no PBs set as the conditions were wet and very windy.
Racing weekend, Sat 17th July Parallel success event at Pitreavie and Sun 18th Great north 10K at Sunderland
Tollcross 5K, 13 June 2010, Joined in the Fun run with Megan and Ross, It was raining and had to avoid a large number of potholes. Came second to Ross, again with a PB of 15mins. Liked this course with its uphill start and a long uphill just before the finish. Had Ross in my sights (he hates hills). Stopped off at Stirling on the way home and bought some more training kit. A great 3 days and thanks again to everyone, especially to Shona, John and Kirsty for putting us up.
Red Star Championships, 12 June 2010, Great day out, came second in all my races to Ross Low, I had 4 PBs, though, the training seems to be working well!
Grangemouth Stadium 11 June 2020, did a short trainings session with most of the Squad as I was down in the area for the weekend.
Baker Hughes 10k, Aberdeen 23rd May 2010, A huge event with thousands of runners, raced with Gordon Smith, the conditions, course and organisation were near perfect. I was first over the line with a PB of 30mins 56 sec, would have been nice to have more racers there, maybe next year?
